Pinocchio European Hornbeam is a robust deciduous tree with dense ascending branches forming a defined unformal pyramidal habit. The lush serrated green leaves turn golden yellow in the fall. It produces inconspicuous flowers in the spring, followed by small winged nuts in the summer. Grows best in full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil.
