Scarlet Leader Cotoneaster is a semi-evergreen shrub with a dense low-spreading habit. of dark shiny willow-like leaves that turns red-purple tinge in fall and winter. The white flowers that bloom in late spring, which then give way to showy red berries. Prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil.
