Miss Apple Siberian Iris is a compact deciduous perennial with a clumping habit and long sword-like blue-green foliage that fans upwards. The rigid sturdy central stalks are topped by sweetly fragrant flowers with lavender standards and deep violet-red falls with broad gold centers in late spring to early summer, attracting bees. Flowers best in full sun and rich, slightly acidic, moist well-drained soils.
