Daybreak Magnolia is a deciduous tree with a nearly columnar habit with ascending branches and whorls of way margined dark green foliage that turns russet yellow in fall. The large fragrant flowers are pastel pink with blushed insides and bloom from mid to late spring. Best color in full sun and moist, slightly-acidic, well-drained soil.
