Golden Dew Tufted Hair Grass is a compact semi-evergreen  grass with fine arching dark green foliage.  Airy panicles of tiny flowers open chartreuse-yellow that mature to bronze bloom in summer and stay until the first frost.  Prefers partial shade and moist, well-drained soil.
