Boursault Catawba Rhododendron is a dense upright evergreen shrub with uniform spreading branching and tidy dark green foliage. Large clusters of violet buds open to lavender flowers with reddish speckles in mid spring. Best grown in part sun and rich, moist, acidic well-drained soils.
