Madame Lemoine Lilac is a large deciduous shrub with an upright oval crown and dark blue-green foliage that turns bronze to burgundy in fall. Densely packed panicles of white double flowers bloom in mid spring. Best flowering with full sun and rich, moist well-drained neutral soils. Madame Lemoine does not sucker.
