Grace Hendrick Phillips Boxwood is a dwarf slow-growing evergreen shrub with a dense low-spreading habit. Its lush small leaves emerge bright green and deepen as they mature green that bronzes lightly in winter sun. Insignificant cream flowers bloom in spring. Grows best in partial shade and moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. A carefree plant that is drought tolerant once established. Grace Hendrick Phillips can tolerate deep shade.
