Fragrant Mountain Sweetbox is a compact mounding evergreen shrub with glossy dark green foliage that is broader and darker than the species. Sweetly fragrant tiny white flowers that bloom from late winter into spring and are followed by small glossy black berries that can last through winter. Does best in part sun and rich well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established.
