Snowcone Japanese Snowbell is a compact deciduous flowering tree with ascending branching forming a uniform pyramidal habit that opens with age. Its glossy dark green foliage has turns yellow in fall. Fragrant white bell-shaped flowers hang from their stems in masse from late spring to early summer. Grows best in full sun and rich, well-drained acidic soil.
