Cherry Dazzle Dwarf Crape Myrtle is a spreading deciduous shrub with an arching crown and exfoliating bark. The oval dark green leaves emerge bronze and turn burgundy in fall. The heavy blooms of cherry red panicles smother the branches all summer and will continue to fall if deadheaded. Best color in full sun and rich, well-drained acidic soil. Cherry Dazzle has good drought tolerance and is mildew resistant.
