Winter Jasmine is a trailing viny semi-evergreen shrub that can be trained as a vine or groundcover. The small yellow flowers bloom on stems in late winter before its dark green foliage emerges, and the willowy green stems are attractive in winter. Best planted in area that can get full winter sun and moist well-drained soils.
