Issai Beautyberry is a small rounded deciduous shrub valued for its showy fruits. The mild green foliage turns yellow in fall. Clusters of tiny light pink flowers bloom in summer attracting bees and butterflies, then give way to bursts of bright magenta fruits that persist to the beginning of winter. Best shape in full sun, but some shade promotes drought tolerance.
