Lord Baltimore Hibiscus is a woody perennial with upright hardy stems and lobed medium green foliage with hairy undersides. Huge, lightly ruffled crimson red flowers with a dark red center and near white stamen bloom repeatedly on the upper leaf axils throughout summer attracting butterflies. Best bloom in full sun and moist well-drained soils. Lord Baltimore produces the largest flowers among the Hibiscus at 10".
