Chaste Tree is a small deciduous tree with an upright branching rounded crown and dense grey-green lance-like foliage that is aromatic when damaged. Long panicles of fragrant pale violet flowers bloom all summer. Flowers are highly attractive to butterflies and bees. Flowers best with full sun and moist well-drained soils.
