Obsession Heavenly Bamboo is a dense slow-growing dwarf evergreen shrub grown for its interesting foliage and fruit display. The bamboo like foliage emerges deep red and holds this color for an extended time before maturing to dark green. Loose terminal clusters of tiny white flowers in late spring are followed by bright red berries in fall. The leaves and berries are highly toxic to animals. Best planted in part sun with rich, moist well-drained soils.
