Blue Mouse Ears Hosta is a shade-loving herbaceous perennial primarily grown for its foliage. The symmetrical thick rounded basal leaves are blue-green to grey-green and curled in a way resembling mouse ears. Thick pale green scapes sporting lavender bell-like flowers raise up above the mound in mid-summer attracting butterflies and pollinators. Best color in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.
