Roundleaf Sweetgum is a native deciduous tree with a straight trunk and a narrow pyramidal habit. The glossy dark green star-shaped leaves has distinctive rounded lobes and has a range of dark yellow to burgundy color in fall. Best color in full sun and moist well-drained soil. Roundleaf does not produce the spiny 'gumball' fruits.
