Allium 'Globemaster' is a perennial plant known for its large, spherical blooms that can reach up to 10 inches in diameter. These blooms are made up of hundreds of tiny purple flowers and appear in late spring to early summer, creating a stunning display. The plant's leaves are also quite attractive, being a glossy deep green color.
This plant prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It's also drought-tolerant, making it a good choice for gardens in drier climates. One of the great things about Allium 'Globemaster' is that it's resistant to deer and rabbits, and it's also attractive to butterflies, making it a great addition to a wildlife-friendly garden.
Allium 'Globemaster' can grow up to 2-3 feet tall, so it's a good idea to plant it in the middle or back of a border where it can stand tall above lower-growing plants.
