Lady Baltimore Hibiscus is a woody perennial with upright hardy stems and lobed medium green foliage with hairy undersides. Huge, lightly ruffled shell to neon pink flushed flowers with a dark red center and pale yellow stamen bloom repeatedly on the upper leaf axils throughout summer attracting butterflies. Best bloom in full sun and moist well-drained soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. Few problems if watered regularly and deeply with plenty of air circulation. Potential issues include canker, rust, leaf spot, and occasional insects. Japanese beetles can cause severe leaf damage if left unchecked. Leaf scorch will happen if soils dry out
