Woods Purple Aster is a compact mounding perennial with glossy dark green lance like foliage. Clusters of small semi-double blue-violet to purple flowers with yellow centers bloom from late summer into fall. Grows best in full sun and rich well-drained soils. Woods Purple has excellent disease resistance.
