Carousel Jolly Heart Hibiscus is a vigorous woody perennial with a compact mounding habit deeply cut dark purple foliage. Huge white flowers with a deep pink eye and spreading blush bloom throughout summer into fall attracting butterflies. Best bloom in full sun and moist well-drained soils.
